Mullingar 4 Raharney 2

First game of new season was in Gainstown this morning between 1st and 2nd in last seasons league.

Raharney got off to a great start with an outstanding strike from Alfie from 30 yards to take an early lead. But unfortunately Mullingar struck back straight away to make it 1 1.

Mullingar started the second half the stronger and got rewarded with 2 goals from corners. Raharney to their credit never stopped working and pulled one back through another strike from Alfie to make it 3 2.

Mullingar kept causing us problems and sealed the win late on with a headed goal to win 4 2.
