Raharney United are proud to announce the expansion of our club with some exciting new positions available! 

Please see below breakdown of the role required for the available positions:

Vice Chairperson
- Support the Chairperson in leading the club.
- Step in during the Chairperson’s absence.
- Assist with strategic planning and dispute resolution.
- Oversee subcommittees or special projects.

Child Welfare Officer 
- Ensure safeguarding best practice across all club activities.
- Manage Garda Vetting/DBS checks.
- Serve as first contact for welfare concerns.
- Promote a child-centred club culture.
- Liaise with national and regional safeguarding bodies.

Head Coach
- Oversee all football coaching standards across the club.
- Develop Raharney United’s coaching philosophy.
- Support coaches with development plans, coaches courses and CPD.
- Ensure consistency, safety, and high-quality training delivery.
- Responsible for selecting the Coach of the Year at the Annual Awards Ceremony 

PRO
- Manage all club communications, branding, and public relations.
- Control social media, website, and club engagement.
- Promote club information, events, and achievements.
- Uphold safeguarding and communication policies.

Head of Academy 
- Lead the Raharney United Academy programme.
- Develop pathways, coaching curriculum, and player progression.
- Oversee Academy coaches and talent identification.
- Engage with parents and deliver development reviews.
- Maintain Academy safeguarding and operational compliance.
