Notice to all club members.

Going forward, all communication for club/team related queries or grievances is required to be submitted to the Chairman or Secretary only.

Information regarding the club or teams will be provided to all players and parents through the approved communication app (Clubzap), via the club secretary phone, via official email from the club or at a meeting hosted and approved by the Chairman or Secretary. 

There is to be no correspondence on club related matters outside the approved channels - this includes but is not limited to private messaging apps, phonecalls or meetings outside the clubhouse.

This is in order to prevent the spread of inaccurate or false information. 

This Club and its Coaches are made up of volunteers who are entitled to receive privacy in their personal life.
All volunteers regardless of the nature of the work also deserve at bare minimum to be treated with respect.
Threatening or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated in any capacity.
