V Kinnegad

On Tuesday,Raharney travelled to Kinnegad to play their last league game of the season as we’re certainly up for a game.

Raharney started well and were content to defend and play on the break.

Tom Shaw,Fintan Mc Greal and Sean Coleman with the excellent Daryl Flynn in goal we’re working hard to deny their opponents space to play.Kinnegad we’re finding it hard to play a passing game with Raharney’s midfield getting through a fierce amount of work.

Raharney suffered a blow after 15 minutes when Emmanuel Afolabi coming off injured.

Raharney scored a wonderful goal after some lovely play and Jack Barry finished with a peach of a goal into the bottom corner.

Kinnegad we’re getting frustrated and Raharney went in at half time a goal up.

The second half started and Kinnegad continued to press forward looking to draw level but the excellent Daryl Fynn was denying them with super saves.

Kinnegad finally drew level and Raharney started to tire from their hard work and Kinnegad pressed home on this.Kinnegad scored 4 more without reply as Raharney’s midfield and defence ran out of steam.

A great team effort by Raharney and man of the match has to be Daryl Flynn .

He has to be the best keeper in this league.

Well done to all the kids

Raharney coaches.
