Raharney United vs OMP United Black

Back to the league campaign for our U11's yesterday,  as we made the trip back up to Navan for an early morning kick off. 

The rain threatened to once again bring the mood down,  but just before kick off the cloud cleared,  and we got underway, with both sides looking to press and get the momentum. Both sides created chances in a good first half,  with Raharney showing good intent with some crisp passing moves,  and looking threatening going forward. 

We saw goalkeepers on both sides called into action,  with some brilliant saves and the woodwork also getting rattled on multiple occasions. 

In a game packed with goals, both sides can be proud of the effort and energy shown today. 

Goals for Raharney today came from Jamie,  TJ, Finn and Jack,  with great performances all the pitch,  with many of the lads playing in unfamiliar positions. 

We thank OMP for today's game,  and wish them well for the rest of their season.
