Subscription Fees 2025 Nefl Teams
Nefl season.
The subscription fee will be paid online and collected through Clubzap. This will allow the
coaches to concentrate on training their team as they will no longer have the responsibility of
collecting money from the player or putting them in an awkward position by asking for it in front
of their teammates if they do not have the fee with them. The same applies to match days.
● A weekly Subscription fee of €10 will be payable fortnightly starting during pre-season. Pre-season starts Feb for most teams, some team my start at a later date.
● Included in the fortnightly subscription fee are training fees, any match day fees, and a free entry
into our 50/50 lotto.
● The subscription fee will be collected fortnightly.
IF possible can this be setup before a Thursday, as this is to allow the club time to check that it was collected and to allow adequate time to notify you that the payment was not successful and to try again.
● Cancelling or Pausing your Subscription.
● Subscription will be cancelled if you are leaving Raharney United.
Your Subscription will paused at the end of the season until the start of the new season. You will get an email asking you to allow the payments to restart.
Your subscription may be paused under certain circumstances e.g. if you have an injury and can provide us with medical proof i.e. a doctor's cert or hospital
report/referral for further treatment or if there is a bereavement within your
immediate family etc. The club will look into all individual cases and notify you of
its decision.
● Family holidays, Weddings, Birthday Parties, playing other Sports etc will not be accepted as a reason for subscriptions to be paused. The club will look into all
individual cases and use its own discretion to decide if there is a valid reason for
the subscription to be paused or cancelled. All requests must be sent to the club secretary.
● In the event of your subscription being returned unpaid, Raharney United will
contact you to make you aware of this. The first time it returns unpaid, you might not be entered into the lotto.
If it returns unpaid a second or third time in a row, you can not attend training and games until this is resolved.
The Club's decision is final on all matters.
