Astro Rental Terms and Conditions
€80 per hour must be paid in advance no later than 6pm on the day the Astro is being hired using Clubzap before access is granted to our Astro. Regardless of numbers its still €80 i.e. 16 players will cost you the renter €5 or 14 players will cost you the renter €5.72 each and so on.
All bookings must be cancelled by 5pm the lastest on the day of hire or before. After 5pm no refunds
The group must be aware that they are covered only by public liability insurance due to the fact that they are not members of the club or affiliated to any league with the club.
Balls and Bibs are not included in the rental but can be provided if needed at an additional cost. Please message the club on 085 - 2608446 for details or to arrange a collection.
The goals and corner flags are not to be moved from their position, the group is responsible for replacing anything they damage on club grounds and if the group notices anything damaged before they start they must notify the club immediately for health and safety reasons.
The correct footwear must be worn at all times to be covered by insurance, no runners, no metal studs, no blades allowed. There is a sign on the entrance to the astro stating the correct footwear to be worn. Shin Guards need to be worn for insurance purposes to prevent serious injuries.
The club is not responsible for damage to personal items i.e. jewellery, glasses including sports glasses.
Sports glasses if needed must be worn in line with insurance policy rules.
If a member of the Club is not available to lock up, we would appreciate if all gates are secured properly upon your exit from our grounds. The toilets, if used , need to be left in good order, they are checked every day and will not be available the next time if they are left in a poor state.
Any breach of the clubs rules or terms and conditions may see the group refused entry to our grounds.
